We did a Low Country Boil today. No Crawdads but lots of big shrimp.I figured a 1/2 pound of shrimp per person.

We use Zatrains crab boil and Old Bay seasoning for the boiling water.Add red potatoes, minced garlic and onions and bring back to boil.
10 minutes later add the corn niblets and bring back to a boil.
1o minutes more and add kielbasa chunks and bring to a boil.
10 minutes later is the good stuff.Jumbo shrimp,Crawdads, blue crabs, lobster,Stone crab claws. Its ALL good!
Lay out on a tray and season with more bay for flavor and eye appeal.I like Habaneros in the boil but most do not like the bite.Celery and baby carrots are pretty good too.
Dont forget lots of melted butter with garlic, limes, lemons, and cocktail sauce! 8-)
